| We have designed an all-new approach to our packaging and pricing that gives you the customer, more options in choosing how much time you want to take and effort you want to on your shoot, and exactly what prints, DVDs and other services you really want. Many portrait studios charge very little money for your session, and then charge very high prices for their prints. Individual prints are priced even higher in order to get you to buy a package of prints. Studios typically tell the customers that they are saving money by ordering a package. The problem is, the packages are almost never what you want, and when you or family members order additional prints, they are at the high individual prices that the packages are designed to shield you from paying. We charge for our time to create you images at a lower rate than our usually commercial projects. We offer convenient proofing options and the best in digital services to create the look you will love. When you are ready to order prints, we charge prices that are far less than other major studios, and allow discounts on multiple copies. This approach allows us to create better images for you and gives you the ability to afford more final prints and services than our competition.
Whatever shoot you pick will have a required minimum dollar amount of prints and other services that will need to be ordered in addition to the shoot to complete your order. You may order any combination of sizes and quantities that you want, all we require is that you order at least the minimum amount of prints and services that correspond with your shoot.
Half of your total package minimum will need to be paid by the day of your shoot. For example, if you bought the $195 plan, you would have paid us $75 to reserve your date, and on the shoot date, you would owe us an additional $22.50 so that half of the $195 total plan would be paid. Prints and other services do not need to be paid for until the time you order.

You can pick an amount of time for your shoot ranging from 30 minutes ($75) to 3 hours ($275). The more time you choose, the more outfits and looks we can create.

Schedule Your Shoot
We work by appointment only, so call us at (574) 289-5225 to setup your shoot.
At the time you schedule, we will charge you a $75 reservation fee that goes towards your total bill. You may reschedule within 3 days of your appointment if something comes up. Last minute rescheduling (causing us to lose bookings) may result in the loss of your deposit. You may pay with cash, check, VISA, or Mastercard.

Photo Proofing
Following your shoot, we will send you a link to your own private online photo gallery by email. You can allow any other friends and relatives that you want to view your photos as you wish. Only those people that you pass the link to will get access to seeing your images.
Use your online gallery to make your selections for your final order. If you do not have access to a computer, we have a viewing station here in our studio where you can come in and review all of your images. If you have a computer, but do not have good Internet access, we can output your proof gallery on a CD that you can take home with you. Any images you want printed as proofs can be produced in a proof book or folio as well.

Digital Services

Once we have captured your images and you have made some selections, there are many options available to you. If you have perfect skin and don't want any special enhancements, we can go straight to print or DVD. If your skin is less than perfect, we can provide some incredible digital cleanup. Want a different background or special effects? We have it all! We can improve or alter your look or the setting we photograph you in with the latest in digital technology. Taking your images a step further by adding motion and sound for use on DVD and iPod videos is an exciting way to view your images. We also offer some other specialty services such as photo mosaics; an incredible effect of making your image out of thousands of other images that you can supply yourself! Print Pricing

Unlike many other studios, we offer professional prints for fair prices and discount additional copies of prints as long as they are the same size and ordered at the same time. For example, if you order an 8x10 of a close-up shot you really like, the first 8x10 will cost $35, additional 8x10s of that same view ordered at the same time will drop to $20 each! This is a great way to save money when you want multiple copies of the same view. If you wanted three 5x7s of the same view, the first print would cost $22, and the two additional prints would drop to $14 each. It makes sense to order more prints now or combine your order with friends and families and share the savings!
Aside from being a good business practice, we offer the extra print discount for a simple reason; by ordering multiple copies at the same time, you save us time and we pass the savings on to you. Every file that is ordered needs to be digitally output, color corrected, balanced, cropped, etc. and then worked into our lab schedule. When you order an image, work goes into the file before it is printed. Ordering an additional print while it is set up in our lab saves us time, and time is money…in your pocket.

Bottom Line
Some studios will shoot your portrait for next to nothing because the prints are where the profit is made. The customer is guaranteed of spending a lot of money for a very few prints after the thrill of a cheap shoot wears off. Compare the "real total" of other studio sitting fees and the print prices for what you would really want to order and you will see that our approach is the clear winner. All photographers must charge for their time to photograph you, to prepare the images and then produce the prints and services. We are unique because we charge fairly for the shoot and the prints instead of undercharging for the shoot and overcharging for the prints and digital services. What good is creating a good image if you can't afford to order anything? Our photography and creativity is second to none, all of our prints are produced in a professional lab on portrait papers that are archival quality.
Remember, senior portraits are a creative product and shopping by price is not the clearest way to decide where to go, as every photographer will provide different results. There are choices from cheap portrait studios employing non-professionals to very expensive photographers that are known for overcharging.
